Billing questions
What counts as one result?
Each media item the API returns: one video, one photo, or one carousel slide. A Reel is usually one result; a ten-photo carousel is ten. Instagram Stories, Highlights and Telegram cost 2 credits per result; every other service costs 1.
Do failed requests cost credits?
No. Credits are reserved while a request runs and refunded in full when it fails or finds no media. You only pay for items that come back.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account while it is active, and they work with every API key you create.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, or with USDT (TRC20) through OxaPay. Credits are added automatically when the payment confirms, and you get an emailed receipt.
What if something goes wrong with a payment?
